Danny Poljak

Danny is President and Co-Head of Real Estate for BGRE in Australia and Regional Head of Office for Asia Pacific and the Middle East. In addition to his responsibilities in Australia, he leads the Office portfolio across the region, with a focus on strengthening tenant relationships, driving development and leasing outcomes, and supporting local operating teams to optimise portfolio performance in close partnership with BGRE country leaders.

Joining the company in 2004, Danny has more than 20 years of real estate experience and has led a wide range of major transactions, repositioning initiatives, and development projects across the organisation.

Danny is a member of the Property Council of Australia’s Capital Markets Divisional Council and the ULI Asia Pacific Product Council. He holds a Bachelor of Land Economics (Honours) from the University of Technology Sydney.
