Yiwen Yang

Yiwen Yang is President of BGRE in East Asia. In this role, she is responsible for the strategic management of the portfolio, including acquisitions and dispositions.

Since joining BGRE in 2016, Yiwen has played a pivotal role in driving transformative transactions and successfully executing numerous repositioning initiatives. Prior to joining the organization, she held a variety of roles with CapitaLand, Tesco Property, and AMP Capital, where she gained extensive experience in research, investment analysis, leasing, operations, and asset management.

Yiwen holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of New South Wales, Sydney. Beyond her corporate responsibilities, she is an active participant in the Property Council of East Asia and is a highly regarded member of the ULI Asia Pacific Product Council.
